Matt Sileno, the President/Founder of The Intuitive Group, Inc. is no stranger to hard work and overcoming adversity. He has taken his small Sales and Marketing Firm to new heights working directly with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies across the U.S. Born Matthew Paul Sileno in Brooklyn, New York, USA. Sileno received his B.S. degree in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Pre-Dental at North Carolina State University. While attending NCSU he quickly realized that the field of Dentistry was an avenue that he did not want to pursue. Matt then decided to dedicate himself to the full time touring band in which he was the lead singer and guitar player. During that time, Matt traveled throughout the U.S. and landed songs on television networks such as MTV, VH1, and The Discovery Channel. After 5 five and a half years of touring, Matt learned more about the music industry and understood that he was not in total control of his career. A few months had gone by and Matt decided it was time for a change, so he relocated to Annapolis, Maryland with hopes of a new start in the retail management field. After hitting the glass ceiling in his retail management position, he moved on. His objective was to find an opportunity that would challenge him as well as offer an environment that would accept his competitive nature. His drive and ambition lead him towards a career in sales and marketing. After one year of living in Maryland, Matt had learned the skills and tools necessary to then start his very own Sales and Marketing firm. As of March 2008 he is now the President of The Intuitive Group, Inc. in Northern Virginia and is dedicated to growing and expanding his organization into every major market in the U.S. He is currently managing the campaign for a Fortune 500 client and is assisting in the development of a campaign. Matt Sileno is dedicated and committed to developing Account Executives in his office, so they too have the same opportunity in which he himself has earned.
